I was wondering a thing. When I started my LVl39 bureaucrat on Newbie Island, he got a nano that made the mobs unable to move for 15 secs and it was QL1. Now I have a similar nanoprogram that's QL50, it has almost the same description except that the QL1 says that it reduces the enemies balance. Now to my question, how the h*ll is it possible that the QL1 is better than the QL50? The QL50 one makes the enemy unable to move for like 1 second but the QL1 makes him/her unable to move for 15 secs. I'm in TOTW right now, and I tried them both on different exarchs, dot etc. The QL1 uses 10 nano, while the QL50 uses somewhere around 200. How is this possible?
