I just purchased RYL 1 because was abit tired of RYL2 and got a tip RYL.MY and i played for allmost 1 month and when i got higher lvl got on map2 i got killed and when i look i see a nazi creast and my first reaction was this can not me right, so i report it by posting a topic and all i get was that its ok to have a nazi cross as a creast and the guild is nazi 2. I was . How can a company stand by a nazi propaganda dont they have any respect for they who have bean killed ?..

Fact:

In Mein Kampf, Hitler described the Nazis' new flag: "In red we see the social idea of the movement, in white the nationalistic idea, in the swastika the mission of the struggle for the victory of the Aryan man, and, by the same token, the victory of the idea of creative work, which as such always has been and always will be anti-Semitic." 

This flag cant be misstaken from any thing else then what it was, and to think any thing else is just naive. This symbol/flag Stans for so mutch hate/death/Terror.....This is the flag/symbol im upset with! And this symbol/flag shude not bean showing ever again.

The symbol wasnt originally Nazi and a MY company will see it as somthing totally different, fair enough it upsets u, but theres not much u can do.

RYL is aimed towards english speaking players which means if you dont know what a swastika is your product will crash & burn if you decide to let it slide (also some ISP:s (here in scandinavia) block sites with "hate propaganda").

some info on swastika origins , google symbology + swastika for lots of links (some good some kinda nutty).

WHatever the original meaning of it was, As I recall it was a Japanese goodluck symbol long ago but Hitler reversed it into a disgusting Symbol of Hatred.

It is at this present time is Unacceptable to see.

If someone waved that garbage in front me me, I would prbably bash there face in. with my bare hands.

Why not just create a KKK ingame, or more anti jewish and black stuff, how bout some upside down crosses while they are at it, should I go on?

it`s so easy.. gamemasters are xenophobiac ppl, that doesnt allow foreing languages in their game... so gues what`s up with svastikas and nazi proaganda... im sure they will do nothing about it.. o c`mon they deleted me a char called Loto Negro arguin that name is not an english name  i hate racist ppl and in ryl there are loads

this symbol is much more old and has a religious meaning, its a symbol of luck

in india you have that symbol everywhere, jeezus u even can buy potatoe chips with the symbol on it

and btw its strange that you see not very often people complain about sowjet communism flags, sometimes people forget that stalin murdered even more people

Guys, there is something called modernization, and its sad. I cant walk up to a guy and call him gay, even if I mean happy. I have to use the word happy to describe him, or something other than gay, because it will be taken as homosexual.

The swastika has been ruined, just because it stood for peace and prosperity for 2,800 years, well, it means hate nowadays and you need to get out of the cave your living in and see what it means today. Would you wear it on a shirt outside? BUT GARGANTROO, IT MEANS PEACE AND PROSPERITY! WTF ARE YOU TALKINGA BOUT!?!?!?!?111oneoneonon

Wow, that paragraph made my head hurt, honestly, I think if they want to use a swastika, it's fine, but calling their guild: Tha n4z1 k1llas11! or whatever isn't. (Obviously I don't know it's called that, it's an example) but the Swastika is a symbol of peace Hindus (I think it's Hindus) have been using it as a symbol for thousands of years, and just because some tard (Hitler) comes along and ruins everyone's fun doesn't mean everyone should immediately z0mg t3h swastika!1! burn burn!!11.

But that's what I think, and it looks like I don't have a point any more. Ah well.

no rules on speech, names and symbols in online games makes for more interesting servers.  censorship in games sucks... there's already enough of it in america.  i hate the nazis, but if someone wants to use a swastika as their symbol in a game, i could care less... just shows em for what they are.  to a lot of people in the world, the american flag has RECENTLY become a symbol of murder and torture... but hey if someone wants to have it for their guild symbol, i say go for it.  what if someone wanted to use a chinese red star, or a hammer and sickle??  china and russia have murdered WAY more innocent people than the nazis did.  what is the magic number that represents a bad number of innocent people murdered?  10k, 100k, 10mil, 30mil??  all are horrible.
