Will the new PS3 be able to render the new Killzone? I would like to know because what I have seen the XBox360 do I'm not quite sure wut can really happen. I would like some replies, because i want the best deal i can get. New gen consels aren't going to be cheap

I can also tell you that 90% of what you have seen from next gen consoles were pre-rendered. Barely any of the things you saw were actually true in-game footage.
If anyone remembers... at the time of the release of the PS2 and Xbox, there were these awesome trailers (just like we see now) but they were also mostly pre-rendered graphics. In other words, what you see is never what you get.
Just pick a console. I dont really agree with the XBox 360 and its "ooh lets release 2 different types of consoles, so that developers need to dumb down their game to play on the worse of the 2 consoles" but whatever. I'm probably going to get a Revolution
Yes I agree so much hype for the consoles actually release, they even go as far leaving thier specs up to speculation. Everyone is trying to bash the other system but in reality you can't really compare apples to apples because nothing is out yet.
If you really want the best answer.....just buy all the new consoles

I might go for the PS3 Because of the games coming onto the consule although the revolution is also good, because (only said though) it is backwards compatablie all the way to the NES, now that would be a hit, playing duck hunt lol..well if any of you know anything about the new Final Fantasy's to hit the PS3 i would like a comment

And yeah, the backwards compatability will be nice, but nothing is for sure, its all just speculation so far.
The Revolution being backwards compatablie is not speculation, at E3 Nintendo said you will be able to download all Nintendo titles that have been on past consoles.
Also Sony says that the Killzone2 Trailer shown was Real Time, In game, footage. Take it with a grain of salt if you want.
Personally I think Killzone2 will be better than Halo 3, but part of that is just becuase I don't really like Halo, or the Xbox.
Theanimedude, Children of Advent is not a game, it was clearly announced on ign and by square enix itself, Advent of children is the second final fantasy movie, there is, howerever, an xbox 360 FF game, but the name was not decided yet, that might have changed by now, i'm not sure.

Im a big FF7 fan and my GF downloaded Advent Children with a mod that included english subtitles. Dont ask me where she got it i dont know but i watched it this morning. Basically Advent Children was 5% crap story 5% fan fare and 90% drawn out battle scenes heavy on crappy j-rock music and of those fight scenes 95% of them took place on motorcycles. Basically the whole movie revolves around Cloud and some metrosexual sephiroth "clones". All the other chars are there to but they only pop in for a few mins here and there minus Tifa who is given a little bit more on screen time. Visually Beautiful YES. Storyline = PURE GARBAGE..Of course any and all FF7 die hards should watch at first i was in to it but by the last 45 mins of it i was laughing at how cheesey it was.
Now as far as consoles goes Xbox 360 FTW
FF7 is not getting remade for any system. at E3 square enix showed a clip of the opening scene from FF7 redone with new graphics. Thats all it was
This FF game for 360 is FFXI ....however the original creator of the FF series is now working for microsoft and has 2 games being released for it. Both are RPGs obviously and look decent. One is called Blue Dragon and i dont recall the other.
How do i know all this crap? I work in a magazine factory and we print PSM,OXM, and Gamepro so i get to read all this stuff months in advance.
Pfft, yeah right, like I'll ever believe that the PS3 is capable of graphics like in that killzone video. You have to remember this: developers are full of crap! they lie and spin tall tales like when the ps2 came out, remember that? the sony guy said that the ps2 was going to be this ultra powerful, amazing, all purpose media center with silicon graphics workstation visuals, amazing internet capabilities and that it could INTERACT with your other media appliances (OMG). Stop buying into their crap and just wait until the console comes out without holding onto the hype or you'll be SORELY dissapointed. Remember that new EA football game which had this amazing trailer and now that real footage is available it looks like crap?, typical example of hype machine bollocks. My advice is to just boycott these stupid 'next-gen' consoles, all you get is just some flashier graphics and more of the same old crap game sequels that' we're spoon fed without end. Don't waste your money on this bull**** I say! Sony and Microsoft are killing the videogame business!
ps. The only console I can recommend at the moment is the Nintendo Revolution, because it really does look like something new and innovative, as for the rest... BAH!

Halo 3 I guess would be a bigger hit than Kill Zone. But hey, that is from my opinion!
Anyways, I don't really like Shooter-Based games on consoles i.e. XBOX and PS2, for a few reasons...
One: I can't really aim well in the game, two: It's even harder to shoot and aim at the same time, three: I think Shooters' are better on PC!
But really, this topic is about what? The new Kill Zone! Not about Halo 3 and the XBOX 360! The Topic even says 'The new killzone' doesn't it? So how does Halo 3 and 360 come into it??
