Guardian Armour and Weapon quests

in Everquest II
  I'm a 25th level guardian and I am looking for the NPC I talk with to get the armour quest.  Plus I would love to know if there are any quests out there and from who I could earn nice weapons. Thanks.

    PS: That site you sent me to didn't have anything to access for quests.

      Ah, I found him!  Ian Cathlan in Qeynos harbor!  That is just for others in case they were wondering the same thing.

    lol ya sorry...I only sent you to the most comprehensive quest database for Everquest 2 in existance. Look a little harder next time...
