Anime MMORPGs With Character Creation

I'm looking for some MMOs that not only allow have an anime aesthetic, but allow you to create your own character. I love how games like Elsword, Closers and Genshin Impact look, but I'd really like to be able to create and customize my own character. Any recommendations?

I think Phantasy Star Online 2 fits the bill for the most part, though there are 2 versions: The first one being more of a hub based game like Elsword and Closers and New Genesis being more open world like Genshin but I think you ultimately download them both anyway.
