I am interested in the game. But wow, that really seemed like a waste of energy on showing off what "might" be the UI in a 30 second video with the camera panning and zooming in and out with none of the options being shown off. I dont think anyone really cares to see that as the game is at its infancy still and most likely that will change as development goes along.

Personally, I rather see more of the environment and how combat, skills, crafting, etc are going to work or a dev diary of a sort of at least explaining what they are shooting for. But after seeing that I suspect that's not even near ready for viewers to see or talked about.
