Dungeons and Dragons Online. Population is Decent, Hardcore Event is going on, so, there are a lot of people doing that. But there are no daily quests.

It's F2P, in reality, it's more like "Free to Try" and then you need to buy the rest of the content, I suggest getting a single month of Sub, which gives access to all non -expansion content, to see if you like it.
