Claases and Jobs

Hi, I'm new and thinking of purchasing FF14. One question about the game I don't understand........ If I purchase the game with the 3 expansions, are the expansion classes and jobs available to me right away?   Do I have to level certain ones to gain access to the new expansion classes and jobs? Thanks for the information.

Right away? No.

Most of the jobs that came with expansions have level requirements. Here is a pretty straight forward guide explaining it all.
