Square Enix Making Working From Home Permanent Across Company | MMORPG.com

The entire business complexes that used to be full and had 2year+ waiting lists for companies to free up space - now sit abandoned.

It's crazy how drastically things have changed seemingly overnight.

I think most companies have learned first hand that having these huge 1000+ employee office spaces for IT based business is just a complete waste of money and space - everyone can do 100% of their job from home

A friend of mine is a programmer for an insurance company of all things. They were just inthe process of signing a new lease when this all hit. 

So? They decided to forgo having a space and now everyone works at home. Happened to the wife of a coworkers as well. 

My company? We're in the process of renovating an extremely large factory space in the suburbs. I've seen the videos, it's going to be magnificent.
