What Game Most Drew You In?

For immediacy of being drawn in that would go to CoH. My first MMO AC was more a fuddled journey of understanding, too busy getting used to how to play a MMO than being drawn in. I can remember being awed by Camelot in DAOC and intrigued by voice over acting in EQ2. Maybe it was after so much fantasy that a supers MMO really struck a chord, not sure why but that game drew me in very quickly.

Star Wars Galaxies drew me into the genre. Went to WoW when that was released since SWG was killed for me by the CU and have played many mmos since.

Recently tried the SWG emulator. Too bad it is a bot-fest, there's no pvp, and the community stinks.

"Most" drew me in is easy EQ2, what helped me get to hooked was AC2, then SWG.

AC2 was my first taste and helped me understand what all this "mmorpg" talk is about, it was exhilarating.

Then SWG was unlike anything, i was intrigued so deeply, since it was an SOE game, it led me to EQ2 and that was it!!! lmao

So much depth, questing, mind blowing deep crafting, a world, adventure and find hidden discoveries, huge long quest chains(stories), deep complex dungeons, raids, everyone thought nothing of grouping, it was as natural as the sun coming up.

You feel, and say to yourself, i could play this game alone for the next 2 decades and not complete it all and most definitely still not know everything there is to know.

    Currently Playing; SWG:Legends, Wow:Classic & 8.3

While EQ was my first true love, it was DAoC that made me realize PvP and PvE could be mixed together perfectly.

Some notable mentions would be SWG and LOTRO.

For me it would of been Dransik also known as Ashen Empires.

Among computer games, Vangaurd was the best.
Please set a sig so I can read your posting even if somebody "agreed" etc with it. Thanks.

World of Warcraft, the best mmorpg I played so far. And I'm still currently playing it.

Asheron's Call both my wife and I played and belonged to a great guild ran by Indiana and Magnus. We loved the invasion of the shadows.
