The game already frame drops at times on my base PS4. Glad I didn't wait for the Switch version.

Even Morrowind had that issue where someone figured out the optimal way to speed run the main quest a very short time. Yet I initially played the game for 2 years and still play it to this day.

So this is what they were working on instead of releasing performance patches for both PS4 and PC? I expected more of obsidian.

Outer Worlds had quite a few patches after launch. The last one was in December. I do believe that PS4 did get short changed but I haven't had a major problem on the PC or Xbox since the last patch

    Easily 40.

My first play through on Xbox was 67 hours and my secon playthrough on PC was 45 but that was skipping all of the content I didn't care for and rushing to the end when I got close.

I know it had a couple patches, but not what it actually needs. I'm way above the recommended specs and the game runs like shit. Literally looking at the same direction with nothing happening and the frames jump from 90 to 45 and jumps back up to 110. Tried High and low settings, made no difference. Some may experience different results, but I did some research and I'm not the only one with these issues.
