Arcfall vs Fractured

Still undecided on what to play. I really enjoy Runescape style games where there is heavy skilling/crafting and Arcfall is doing an awesome job at that after its complete re-design. (https://store.steampowered.com/app/623310/Arcfall/?curator_clanid=4777282&utm_source=SteamDB)

What kind of game is Fractured? Like runescape? or..?

    I've been play/testing Arcfall for near 3 years now , and altho a good concept with involved development and direction , it is still a long way off,  a really long way off
