Fallout 76 is set to receive a public test server according to a news post on Bethesda's official site, along with perk loadouts, and multi-factor authentication.

    According to the staff at this site FO76 fits the "new definition" of MMO.

    I am going to try the wastelanders update when it comes. But that is the final chance I'm giving it. If it sucks that is it. If it is good I'll put about 1 or 2 hundred hours more in it.

    But Fallout 76 has been a test server since 2018.   ;)

    Super late, but the game was pretty fun to play through with a friend. Definitely not worth full price. It could have been a lot more polished.

    This is a public test server. Pretty sure they have a couple private servers they use internally with real testers.



    With how many bugs this game still has, as well with new patches sometimes bringing back 'fixed' bugs.....you honestly wouldn't be able to tell. You'd think they were a small indie team or something with how poorly this game has been managed up to this point.
