Wrongful Acc Ban And Lack Of Support

in Riders of Icarus
hello all i have played riders for awhile and i enjoyed the game i am also a twitch streamer and run a youtube channel where i stream game mods how to's for games like fallout 4 gta 5 ect i was banned from rider of icarus while i was ask lvling one of my pets while doing a stream for a game mod there game guard banned me after sending in many emails and working with one of there admins to find out what caused the issue with was the mod tool / mod i was doing at the time there admin sayes they will unban me witch never happened so i waited for a while to see if the acc ban would be removed never was so i message there support again after many emails i get one saying they will not unban my acc and threatening me that if i email there support again they would block me from being able to contact there support here are the screen shots of the email where they say they will remove the ban and where they threaten to block me from there support http://prntscr.com/nm5hrv and http://prntscr.com/nm5i2c as always ty for takeing the time out of your day to read a users post

    You were banned for AFK leveling?  Botting?  From your links, it looks like you were banned for botting ("third-party program usage") last December, and then they decided to give you another chance.  And then you got banned for the same thing again just now.  How exactly is that a wrongful account ban?

    no not for botting in riders u dont need to do anything but stand still while afk to lvl a pet so no and no again i was banned for useing a mod for a offline game i was streaming to my youtube channel while haveing riders open i was useing no bots / no programs on there game and u miss understand they said they would give me anouther chance and never did
