How does Housing work? do everybody get land to build a house or only few?

Getting a plot to build on isn't automatic, but getting one on an RvR-enabled island shouldn't be that difficult for players or guilds that want one. Plots in safe areas will be much more limited and have a higher requirement to earn.

In RvR area can people take your buildings without destroying it all?

Almost certainly but how you take control of buildings is something we haven't learned yet.
