When Jedi Under Siege launched for Star Wars: The Old Republic, it came with some pretty sweet new things for guilds to participate in. Players in guilds have been "flourishing" through leveling and PvP challenges and with new management tools for leaders. The Heralds of Victory update (v5.10.2) will contain a new system called Guild Heraldry that is "another tool for guilds to rally behind". Guilds will be able to create a custom emblem that will represent them throughout the entire game.

    SWTOR minor patches (it is patch 5.10.2) never had much new content in them, the majority of the minor patches focus on fixing a few bugs actually. This one is focusing on fixing the preview window functionalities and adding a new heraldry system for guilds.

    Whoever posted this news probably didn't read the whole thing though.

    That's great and all, but when will we hear about a new expansion? I really want to get back into the game. I just need some new content. Also tired of the eternal empire storyline and want something new. I know it will never happen but I really wish we would get a new class. At the very least a couple new advanced classes that way they wouldn't have to make a whole new 1-50 storyline. Doublesided lightsaber Sith Warrior and either duel wield or single LS inquisitor.

    They should have never tied the weapons to classes like that. Should have been allowed to make a dual bladed Sith warrior from the start. Still trying to figure out why Warrior and Marauder don't have force speed.

    Seems of help to guilds, which after all are the cornerstone a solid MMORPG is built on.
