My logitech 510s has become unusable.

I need the 18 g keys on the side but everything I looked at was doesn't have this feature ? Any suggestion ?

If it's unusable because it's dying, can you just buy another one of the same model?  If it's unusable because software is off support and has broken, then that isn't an option.

Another option may be to just get a dedicated pad of programmable keys and set it next to a keyboard without them.  Would something like this next to a more normal keyboard suit your needs?

But why is it unusable?  Is it a software problem or a hardware problem?  Solving a problem is easier if you know what the problem is.

Are you intrinsically opposed to a programmable keypad along the lines of the one I linked, and insist that it has to be part of the keyboard proper?  Or do you only object to Razer in particular and would be fine with the same thing from a different vendor?

Logitech are the only ones I knew of that had 18 programmable keys. Nearly everyone, including Logitech, have dropped down to a max of 12 now.

    Maybe try something like this?

this is what I've been dreading fro a long time, not able to get the key board I need to play the traditional mmos with. I can't stretch my fingers for the ctrl+ combo keys for games like LotrO AoC Tera and others that you need to have to because of the amount of skills  and or buffs.

so frustrating they stop making these products :(

might bight the bullet and try the one cosair that no one is buying cause of the leds burn out in a week..

the 18 macro keys make it comfortable play , with those keys I can't play any traditional themed mmos

I'm confused as to what the issue is.  Are you just setting macros to things like ctrl+1 in a single key?  Most games let you remap keys so that you can have plenty of attacks that are a single key if you have enough keys available.  And a standard, cheap keyboard has about 90 keys, which I'd think should be plenty.  If some menus that you rarely access don't have a hotkey anymore, so what?

There are games that don't let you remap things all that freely.  Black Desert and Wizard 101 are the ones that come to mind off the top of my head.  Is that the problem?  You need macros for combination keys in games that don't let you adjust keybinds?

The problem is that you haven't provided enough information to make it clear what would work for you and what wouldn't.

Could you use a MMO mouse?

    https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Backlit-Programmable-Buttons-910-002864/dp/B0086UK7IQ

This is what I use and map the button under my pinkie as "ctrl" which gives me 24 buttons on the side, 3 buttons on the wheel, and another button under the wheel. It also has 3 profile that can be switched on the fly, so in theory you could have triple that with your mouse hand.

Just try to find a refurbished one. When my G700 became a problem I couldn't find another brand new one without it costing like 4 times more than it should. I got a refurbished one from a proper hardware store and it's perfect.

i'm s bit weird about the things I touch and use. I have no problem using a used guitar, but for some reason a keyboard is more personal and will only buy new.
