On Reddit, RVD3 has reported that we'll now be able to disable War Mode inside rest zones instead of only being able to do it in Stormwind and Orgrimmar.

EDIT: This change is on the PTR, not in live game.

This may help when out trying to get 'good' fights if you keep running into a gank squad, but I'm not sure how else it will impact things.

    Gut Out!

    What, me worry?

I believe they should've went with the happy medium in the first place: major cities of any kind allow you to toggle the flag, including Dalaran, Boralus, Orgrimmar, etc..

Having to port back to the original continent to change the flag just doesn't jive well with a game with so many expansions.

When WoW released you could turn PvP on and off in 5 minutes of no fighting. I think.

I think this is a bad decision, and how it was with only the capital city able to change it was just fine.
