OH, Ship of Heroes! Duh, somehow I must have been thinking I was in the City of Titans thread. Although I don't think I've seen a video of game play quite like this before. Yeah, they definitely need to tone down some of the effects, and give the NPC a little AI or at least more, and more varied, actions, plus reactions to the attacks. It kind of spoils the feeling when you see these giant explosions and blinding giant clouds of smoke and the targets are still standing straight and pointing their guns in unison or whatever.
Still, seeing a gang of heroes with distinct powers and attack styles (and distances), including healers and controllers (although the control effects/reactions especially need work) does make me "homesick" and wish I could be there. Glad others are able to throw in their financial support and get in on the testing.
