    All people have good moments and bad. You can't tell me you've never said anything you don't regret. Sure, that's not a nice thing to wish on someone and I understand the irony here but unless you're a truly terrible person who harms others, I wouldn't wish this upon you. It's a sad day, I'm sure the people around him are devastated and a lot of the gaming community is as well. We might want to hold off for a week or two before we start being dickheads about it, yeah?

    It should be mentioned that the same type of cancer has killed Russian rocket industry founder Korolyov and may be a result of low activity lifestyle i.e. too much sitting. Exercise, guys&gals.

    A damn shame. Though I disagreed with a lot of his points he was the real deal. Couldn't be bought off or coerced into a positive (or negative, in terms of fan expectations) reaction to a game. I had hoped he'd be the one in a million guy to beat an otherwise unbeatable disease. It's too bad. He deserved better.

    Very sad and so young. He was one of the very first YT critics I took seriously. He was always worth listening to.

    Man this hit me like a ton of bricks. TB was one of the first YouTubers I ever subbed to, and through him, I found many other personalities that I really enjoy watching. This makes me really sad. I will miss this man.

    Agreed we all should take away from this that we need to take care of ourselves. Young, healthy people don't get this type of cancer.

    It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

    Such a sad thing to see one so young be taken by this wretched disease. My friend is struggling with pancreatic cancer and I am so afraid she will die soon.

    My condolences to his family and friends. Need to be honest though, I never heard of him before now.

    I'm not an IT Specialist, Game Developer, or Clairvoyant in real life, but like others on here, I play one on the internet.

    I do wonder when we look at the posts on here if some of the comments reflect the youth of the posters. Once you have had something like this happen to someone who is close to you, the idea of having a joke or being derogatory about death for someone wears rather thin.

    Anyway, may he rest in peace.

    That's sad. I had no idea, either. I watched his Co-Optional podcast on Twitch every Tuesday it was on with Jesse Cox and Dodger. I didn't agree with his politics, but he was entertaining and had some salient criticisms of Steam and gaming in general.

    Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.

    I used to watch his channel esp his WTF ones. Ahh this is sad news for he was young. I did read about his cancer but I thought it was in remission, so it came back. Condolences to his family.

    He's right though, even if he was an ass about it. Prayers do nothing. They're a nice gesture. They show sympathy. I would never criticize someone for offering them. But they do nothing. There are no gods to respond, and they certainly do not care.
