    Already have a Vive, don't need to screw around with another one yet.

    Though no cables is a plus.

    Not really interested...For some reason VR doesn't grab me.

    For me it's a resolution issue

    So if there is no significant improvement on that front, it's a no for me.

    So this seems like basically a Gear with no phone required. Pretty good step in the right direction like @Mikeha said. 
    It would be great if it was compatible with all Rift content but at the $200 price point I guess that is too much to ask....for now.
