I wonder if there was *a single* case of tortoise formation usage in medieval warfare? During field battles there was no need in this formation; during sieges machines would be more useful + less vulnerable to different forms of artillery; during riots soldiers wouldn't need the protection against unorganized mob.
Thank you for your time!
It can be one MMO'ish version of For Honor let's say, the beta gameplay shows to be polished up decently, performance doing okay, "open-world" of it is rather cool I think.
Anyone to check:
if it was entirely PVE with perhaps some side venture/reason to pvp and yes i have several ideas that would be cool ,at least to me,then i would consider it.The problem is that to make a medieval game look plausible, there is basically nothing you can do with it,just armor up and whack away at each other. This is why i like the magic/Fantasy approach,it opens so many doors to depth of all systems.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
2.) What Anti Cheat if any?
Can't really seem to find any of this information on the game website itself.
The developer is Chinese, NetEase, they do operate Blizzard games in China (such as WoW, Overwatch and so on). Their studios created Revolution Online one that we know better in the west.
Anti-cheating for a game like this I would assume is a must, to be seen if this will be in the beta or not.
Wanting to see more of the sandbox aspects that they seem to be introducing over time.
It's hard to tell exactly but interesting if players building and owning guild base is for real, it seems it has some level of questing as well.
Oh whelp
Here is a nice little snippet from the last email on what we can expect to be able to do:
