    Where can i play this?

You may want to wait for one of the Free-Fly Weekends, where you can try it out free of charge for several days.

About once every two months there is such a Free Fly Weekend.

"Switching to date-based from feature-based is going to dramatically change everything next year: no more holding back a version for a couple of features"

OK, why no dates mentioned in the article? All upcoming features are listed in terms of features and patches? Or does next year mean dates will be listed in 2019 development?
“And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.”  ― Haruki Murakami

They used to do date based, but failed to meet the dates every single time. Its like back to the future here.

The official quarterly roadmap is not live yet. We just one more superficial overview of what is ongoing.

It's the new business model for online games...mainly because it works!

What's the saying...there's a sucker born every minute?

Or in the case of gamers, a sucker born every second.

Star Citizen.  Where someday being able to provide dates in the future is going to dramatically change everything.
