Some news on the western version. 

Neowiz, Developer and Publisher of Bless Online, will attend TwitchCon 2017 in Long Beach, CA on October 20-22.  They will introduce the new western Community Manager, and have staff on hand to answer all the questions westerners will want to ask. 

Hopefully they will make some kind of announcement as well.

Bless is still going though major changes. They have a test server open right now, and Neowitz is updating the server every 2 weeks. So the testing phase is still ongoing.

I don't think there were any official videos from TwitchCon, I could try and look for some. At TwitchCon, Neowitz did introduce our new Western CM "Will", and he posted a few pics.

Notice how they made the adverts for the west look less eastern but the game is a full on eastern game. Deceitful marketing imo.
