About Us: 
Originally were founded as the Silver Dragons (OSD) back in beta 2.0 under our parent organization The Order of the Silver Dragons (OSD). Over time as we continued to grow and expand we mutually parted ways and struck off in a new direction.

What We Offer:

We are looking for interested like-minded people. We specifically cater well to Mature Veteran Gamers that can communicate well but enjoy the flavor and energy that new players to FFXIV bring to the game. - We Currently host Static Raid Groups with a Casual Progression Focus. We organize our Statics to have a good group chemistry together and aim for consistent Raid times per group. Whenever there is interest and a need for more, we just start up a new Static with those things in mind. 
- We have an active community that's been around since Beta, have our own forums and favor Discord for social and group textingl. We also host our own FC Events and have FC Meetings on Discord to share information and field questions and concerns.
- We are always looking to grow and be active, as evidenced by SE's Free Company Standings, which we always seem to be in the top 10 on our Server. If this interests you please feel free to Visit our FC House in the Mists - Ward 1, Plot 15 and feel free to talk with an OCD member in game.

Had a fun time last night with our FC Picture Event for Yoshi with some various runs afterwards.  If you are looking for Diadem runs to Primals to just some active people that like seeing and clearing content with some good social along the way.  Come check us out.

We have many people returning back to the game and trying to get caught up so there has been plenty of opportunites as we help them get caught up and you get that first time bonus for Wonderous Tails.  We've been using Discord for putting together raid groups as needed as 3.0 content finishes up.  We will likely reform raid groups as 4.0 comes out since we have a lot of new blood joining us and older members coming back to prepare for SB.  We're looking to still have another FC Meeting and Event before SB hits though.

We've been growing a lot this last 2 weeks with many coming back to prepare for SB and new members as well.  We'll likely have to do some kind of meet and greet social prior to early access.  Again we are looking to continue to grow and looking for New Members.  We will be setting up Raid Groups prior to the 4 week Raid start after SB Launch if that is something that interests you.  Otherwise we do have a rather social and great community that tends to be rather active on our server from the Free Company Standings.  So please consider us if you are looking, thank you.

As the end of HW is finishing up we had one of our generous members offer up a free copy of SB to one of the winner of our Amazing Race Event we just completed.  Always fun social and events in our Community.  We are looking to grow even more as we head into the SB Expansion, so if you are looking for a new home please consider us.

Very Fun Atmosphere in the FC with the Early Head Start - a lot of new members as a lot of returning members as well. We peaked with 83 members on 6/17 at 8:40pm this last weekend and with the Raubahn Bottleneck opened up on Father's Day things are continuing to look great. Despite some early bugs, we had a few members hit 70 already. If you are looking for a great FC to level, raid, or just social with consider us.

Now with ppl getting thru all of the MSQ and working on gearing for Omega in a week or two we'll be looking into re-forming a few raid groups, more due to the fact of all the new members we've had join us over the last month or two.  Not hardcore raiding but more progression groups to experience content with and clear it.  My raid coordinator officer should be setting up the role and availability sheets within this next week, so we should be good to go by patch 4.01.  If you are looking to raid and/or just a new player looking for a great community to play with, please consider us.  We tend to be in the top 5 Free Company's on our server for activity and have a good number of people online at any given time.  In game FC application, website, or discord is the best way to get a hold of us if interested.

Lots of excitement here in OCD!  Looks like we will be hosting about 4-5 Raid Groups heading into Omega in this upcoming week.  For those interested in Raiding with us, we welcome you, we will continue to form and host new groups as long as there is interest and people.  We are currently in need of more tanks then we should be able to start up another group.  We are a Casual Everything Free Company, we are rather Social, host FC Meetings and Events every so often, we like to use Discord and do host our own Raid Groups.  We are not hardcore, but cater well to Veteran and New Players who play their jobs well and are willing to learn.  IF this interests you, swing by to our website, join our Discord, or hit up an officer in game.

We have open doors for new and returning members. It's a good time to come back to the game before the next 4.2 patch on Jan 30.
