I think im going back to rift and i have a pyromancer but i guess its horrible out of date with the macros and skill tree..so is there any site that shows best builds ect ?

Ue the Rift "class guide" forums also there are presets for many callings when you create a character soul that link you to the guide. The pre-sets are created by Rift players during guide writers promotions and are voted on as the best at least for that time which may only require some tweaking over time.
