using IE 11 cannot edit quotes.

When I quote someone it won't let me edit anything instead it tries to move the entire quote like its an image.  So I cannot delete anything within a huge quote.
Are you onto something or just on something?

    Ah ok so now I have to first click the box then click in the box a second time in order for it to work.
