I am looking for a Pay2Win game

Hi there, I am looking to start playing a new MMORPG. I am looking for a game that fits the following criteria.

a) Won't take much time to level up
b) Released recently/releasing soon
c) PvP focused or at least good PvP aspect
d) Pay2Win

I'm at a point in my life where I would rather not spend all the time grinding and farming, but enjoy the PvP aspect of MMORPG if I have decent items. I'm willing to drop 250~500$ easily. Any recommendations? I wouldn't mind playing an older game that has a new server too.

You just made my day, I can't stop laughing. Even damaged my phone today, and still I am laughing. 

There's tons of games out there that give you a max lvl character without the Pay2Win formula.

Most of the "pay to win" things I have seen is just stat boosts or similar things that give the paying top players an advantage over the non-paying top players.

All of those games are generally not made for casual players.

You will need more money. $250-500 barely covers the price of admission imo. Probably if you spent that much money per month you would be sweet- something like ArchAge perhaps? 

Also what type of pvp do you like? For example realm vs realm type pvp like in ESO, battlegrounds like in GW2, or open world/ganking pvp like in Tera/ArchAge/etc?

Sometimes the funniest things are true, and sadly, this is the case $500 may seem like a lot, but i've played games where that was literally peanuts, i think the worst case i saw was some game called fire age, where you would have to spend that much and more besides in just one week if you wanted to try and compete with the other wallet warriors. So, first off, the guy is going to need a much bigger wallet to battle with. O.o

$250 - $500 per month will get you in on the lower end of the p2w equation in a game like Archeage.

So Archage would be more your play style.

I know a game where you can buy a nice pretty picture of an awesome space ship for the low low price of $15,000. You might have to wait awhile for delivery though.
