I am not the first and i am not sure that i wont be the last, but here is my story.
The last year (2015) i had a lot problems with KingsIsle, like first suspending my account (with reason i agree to that), banning my laptop (i didn't agree about that) and then banning my account.
I am member since 2009, obviously since the game came out in EU. I have been playing on different account till 2013 and it was stolen, so i had to make a new account (the one KingsIsle banned this year). As student i traveled a lot the last two years so i was playing Wizard101 from at least two different locations. My account was $3000 worth on crowns, bundles and membership.
What i hope to achieve with this post is that a moderator of the Wizard101 see it and find another way to communicate with me because we see that their email is not accessible.
Please member of the KinsIsle moderators team reply to this topic with instructions about the way i'll provide you information that will exculpatory me for anything i have done and give my expensive account back to me. I am sure i can prove my innocence, I have done it before!
