LF a game in which I can twink

As the title says, I am looking for a game in which I can twink. Preferably through battlegrounds. Years, years ago I played WOW, and pretty much enjoyed its battlegrounds with my lvl 19/29 etc toon. I've read on the internet that WOW is not as much the same as it used to be on that matter (scaling and such). Any suggestions are welcome free-to-play, buy-to-play or pay-to-play..

    I'm not really sure if you can twink on the server but you can always give Allods online's subscription server a shot, the free to play server you can twink but you have to pay a lot of money to make a twink viable there. The game actually requires skill in both PvE and PvP content to be able to push your class to do maximum damage at endgame. Low population though but skirmishes definitely do pop.

    Anarchy online seems to be the twink game if nothing else with implants and such to increase your stats to get better gear that in turn will let you get better implants and so on :)

    Black Desert Online doesnt have level requirements on gear. You can even pass your gear over to a fresh alt via the bank.

    Anarchy Online is the best a game for coming up with all sorts of Twinking projects for everything for specific dungeons (or level locked play fields), land control PvP or battlestation PvP.

    Yeah this person nailed it...AO is the king of twinking....Its an art form in itself in the game

    True.  The problem is the game is very dated and I am not sure that the op would enjoy it.  Plus, I don't think they have battlegounds, and that seems like the kind of gameplay the op is talking about.

    AO is great for twinking , but DAOC may fit the OP better ..
