Free Player-run shards?

Ive heard from a few old school buddies that UO has a player run free shard...if anybody has any info on this holla back, im hoping this is not just a rumor. thnkx

    I've posted a link to a top 200 site of UO free shards, I was going to post it again because it bears repeatings however, you just had to go and say "holla back" didn't you? image
