Bot and fake accounts harrassing people.

So i got this message from someone that has no posts or discussion and has just joined.



Then i look at his account and see that he has this message from 13 other new and virgin accounts:

Is this sort of thing allowed here? Making 13 fake accounts and then messaging people on their wall.

    While the first example is uncalled for, the second is simply an automated message I believe from the system.  another example of such messages would be this that appears on my wall. 

    "You, Utinni, catnipgames, Samhael, Kefo and 6 others earned the Name Dropper badge.
    Mentioning someone in a discussion (like this: @Name) is a great way to encourage dialog and let them know who you’re talking to."

    Of course it isn't all you had to do was contact Mike B. and he would have looked into it.

    He makes an account and first thing he do is post on my wall? So he made account just to post on my wall. It is pretty clear.

     ...and then all 13 other account are created within 20 minutes?
