unable to do level 20 to 30 quests???

Is this a bug or what? I can't talk to any of those characters like the trader, the priestess, or Nashira to get the quests or give them the quest items when I reach lvl 20. I remember being able to talk to some of those when my level was lower. But now, no response when I click on them.
How does one enter the temple? The NPC always say you've to be there at certain time? Is there a minimum level requirement?

Yes it's a bug.
Yes the GM's know about it.
Yes the developers know about it.
Yes it sucks.
As for the "temple", I'm not sure to which you are referring but there are many events you cannot enter until you reach level plateaus. Read the main site info to learn or try out one of the "unofficial" forums.
