I believe the open beta is free to play.  You can download it right now in preparation.
Are you onto something or just on something?

    Xbox1 is tomorrow. I'll be on the PS4 bright and early Friday.

    Watched some people play The Division on Twitch, didn't like it too much. I might give it a try, not sure if I want to play it.

    I'll be on xb1 and working on getting a few of my blizzard drones to try it out with on the PC...

    Well it's not for everyone. Personally, I've gotten more social interaction like my old days of mmorpgs in the beta alone.

    I'll be on PS4 tomorrow.

    The game is B2P. So unless you use this Open Beta to try the game, you will never know if you could enjoy it or not.
