Blade and Soul looks like a generic high fantasy type MMO. I don't know much about Black Desert, but for me I would choose the one more PvE oriented with the better story. Not sure if either one shines in that regard , however.
Blade & Soul crashes if you try to skip cutscenes too quickly, randomly boots you, has several hour login times, and will become a p2w. Oh, and the English release is censored. So, BDO.

I think one's mileage may vary on that statement. I've yet to have it crash at all, there is a long thread about whether it is truly "censored" so one should read that and make up their own mind.
As to "pay to win" if you are going to make that statement then that statement can be just as easily applied to Black Desert as well. There really is no proof that either game will or will not become "pay to win".
However, as to preference of game I am more jazzed about Black Desert.

I decided to put my money on Blade and Soul... simple because i wont support the bad change they doing to the energy system in Black Desert. I don't want my actions outside of the end grind limited... if they go a head with the current idea then you will be limited to 480 single point energy actions per 24 hours and that will only increase if you afk in your bed but still very limited.. no ty.. i already experienced the true game on KR server and wont pay for a limited experience.
People might think Black Desert has no crafting... but i disagree and 480 actions is easily used quickly and stupidly low amount.
Black Desert - what you get when you dumb-down World of Warcraft even further
So, neither.
uh wow (no pun intended) not even close. Though the quests in Blade and Soul, are the same type of mmo quests that people have run into so there is the truth to that I suppose. Black Desert and WoW are very different games.

That's because you are running Razer Synapse and didn't uncheck the box that says "Use Chroma Keyboard" in the game settings. Go in game and open settings. It's on the first page under mouse over options. Uncheck this box, apply, confirm, and your crashing is fixed.
Black Desert is that game you will want to play blade and soul is yawn slow combat slow everything, Black desert has fast combat fast pvp and long time getting things done.

Hmmm...I haven't had the game crash once. Never waited more than a couple of minutes to log on. As for P2W...where? Can I buy weapons, soul shields, gems, anything that remotely gives me an edge in combat? As for the being censored? Dude, Blizzard censored WoW for the Chinese market. Not a big thing. Blade and Soul is a good MMORPG that is fun to play. The combat(though not as responsive as WoW's) is fluid and learning to master it takes some time...especially the combos as you get higher in level. All in all I am really liking B&S and I really wasn't sure I would.

I know they are different. The point is that you can pretty much faceroll through the game.

I predict a game full of spin-to-win Berserkers.
hmmm, there is that though I don't have enough experience with the game to fully comment (just the closed beta).
In any case, less challenge is always a shame.

Depends if you want to part with the box price for BDO, seeing as BnS is free. I'll probably end up trying both. As for the cutscene crash in BnS, that was patched today, along with a few other fixes.
Queues are a problem but that's not unexpected or unusual for the first week of any MMO releasing.
I have to admit that the combat in BnS is interesting. I normally prefer tab target but this is quite fun, learning the combo's, getting your timing right on blocks etc.
I can't really comment on the P2W remarks. So far the CS in BnS hasn't intruded in any way. No idea how that may change later, if it does.
have to say i would probably pass on both. Was not impressed when i won a BT1 key, played it for a day and that was it, never logged in after that again. Cannot comment fully on BnS however only go from watching it streamed, which did not keep my attention long (just looked like a typical asian/korean game) with nothing new.
Devilian is also another that in my opinion is going to flop. Its been out a little over a month and is dropping in playerbase very quickly, in fact that started after 2 weeks into release. Yet another asian/korean game.
I also won a founders key for Albion Online and right now (although i have not played it over the past month or two) I can see this also flopping to many players. Half of whats there is pointless being there, there rest is just a complete grindfest. Knowing it will be wiped resticted me (and io know many others) from actually continuing right now, but i doubt it will be a hit nevertheless.
So thats 4 so far and none look very likely to be hit's. Hope something is due this year else it will be another year for single player based gameplay.

Blade and soul has slow combat?
LOL
I watched that video - I now have a headache...possibly a migraine

The Majority of complaints right now is the long que times if you are on a server with any sort of decent population and aren't a sub. The Ques are literally anywhere from an hour to 4 hours long.
