Logging issues

Hey On their webside I can log on, but if I press on forums it logs me out again.. plus I cannot enter sub forum, says I don't have permission... Am I hacked or are the forums down? What could it be. My son also pressed on a randomly link that pushed me to a SWTOR website and I got an email that my sub has been made. Allthrough if I look in my sub info, they haven't charged me again.

Fiund out it's a referral link... Do I need to contach support cous I pressed a referral link? I am a sub already
