Joystick recommendation

I'm planning to play Horizon when it comes out and from the little research I did on the game it sound like I will need a joystick for it.
Never really owned or played a game with a joystick before so I need a bit of help on deciding on a budget/starter joystick for me.
Something around 50 bucks is what I have in mind.

Go for the Thrustmaster. Higher rated bigger seller and its 39.99. i just started playing the beta first time and i love this joystick and its price

Got the logitech Extreme 3d pro

So far find it a good joystick for a good price

Played Elite with it and works great. However, my first and only joystick so I can not compare.

Yeah I narrowed it down to Thrustmaster Hotas X and Logitech pro, both around same price in my country.
It will probably be Thrustmaster , haven't seen a single bad review of it.

I got the Thrustmaster in a deal on Amazon. Having a separate thrust will make a huge difference over a joystick.

Horizons is super expensive for the content it provides, so I can't recommend it. I've perosnally enjoyed playing Elite with a Saitek X52 HOTAS. But that may be outside your price range if you just want a joystick.

There's plenty of new content, but a lack of game mechanics linking the new content to gameplay at the moment.
