Inventory Stuffed

I admit that I'm a pack-rat, but I'm having real problems with stuffed inventory.

Is there any way to get rid of items from abandoned quests apart from finishing the quests or bringing in a GM?

Do you ever sell lower level runes rather than stocking up on them until you can make them more useful? I sure carry around a lot of runes.

I still have an inventory problem at 130 slots.  But what helped the most is getting rid of all but the top two levels of runes.  Not really worth keeping the lower as it takes 125 of the level ones to make a level 4.  Kinda have to keep the level 4 as that is what I get from the QL10 junk breakdown.  The sad truth is I don't even sell the occasional lower level ones that I get, not worth the time going to a vendor.
