So much of the game is tied to the contract system, its really good to finally get some details. There's so much to it though we will most likely mining the devs for more info for weeks. Where all sharing some of the gems form the IRC Q and A this morning over at

    I already mentioned in the other thread that i have played games with this system and it doesn't work and/or can be really bad.

    If it is tied into the cash shop then it goes from bad to worse.As i also stated it can at times sound good on paper but is not in real game play.

    Also mentioned,i hope they put some real good thought into this system/s ,it can be a game breaker.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

    Its true, the contract system will make or break CoE IMO.

    May i ask what games you have tried that use a contract system and how they where not functioning as intended?

    EVE successfully uses a contract system, and i've seen other games use a much less robust system (basically just a quest generator).

    There is no cash shop for items. 

    The contract system IMHO makes COE more vibrant and dynamic.
