The first step would probably be to look at the recruitment threads or make friends in-game and later on, join their corp. Edit: Some corps have a level requirement though so I doubt you will get accepted in AD2 or The Renaissance.
If you're omni-tek, I know an organization that recruits new players (10+), you can have a go. However, I'm bound to say, outstanding organizations' level restrictions are high. It's very good to start with a new organization anyway. Contact a member of that organization and see if any recruiter online in the game.
