PvP browser - Does it exist?

I'm looking to something to power trip on.
It should have the following
-Decent playerbase that is english (preferrably +1000 players)
- F2P
-Browser
-Doesn't require commitment (a huge daily grind)
-Cash shop that is meaningful, but not absurdly op
-Has PvP (of any kind)
-Is booming, not dying
-Can be in Alpha/beta
