Trying to start a federation Fleet.

hey guys/gals!

im trying to start a fleet buuut i only have 2 friends. it says you need 5. i guess im asking for yalls presence so i can get one going. you dont have to stay in the fleet...unless you want too haha. if its energy yall like i can pay 100,000 each. any help from yall would be much appreciated. as for time i am flexible as i work from home so im on most of the day (more in the afternoon and night). 

again any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
