I've sent numerous emails to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org and have received no replies. My account was recently banned and i have received no explanation. I didnt receive any email after my account was banned
Many companies will not give you an explanation, just one e-mail stating you were banned for breaking one of their rules.
I went to the site but don't see a phone number. They do say that numerous tickets/e-mails can slow down the process. Not sure if that's the issue.
