Looking at what you (OP) has said about PvP maybe worth having a look at Allods.
You will know pretty quickly I am sure whether its a possibility but along with (decent quality) Korean "cute" graphics one of its forms of PvP is castle defence / castle offence. Whether the mechanics are what you want is another matter etc. - as has been there isn't an exact copy of TESO in an eastern skin so its a question of what works for you; what changes are OK and what are turn offs.
Blade and Soul and Wushu are the exceptions - and damn good exceptions that draw on the lore they know bets and are god at.
But you're here looking for a very western fantasy game in an eastern skin and I'm telling you that they don't exist unless you're willing to take all the other shit that goes along with it.
You want a heavy armored. 2-HD sword wielding female warrior? Sorry to break it to you bud but Brienne of Tarth is what you get, not this:

its a cultural thing, so I don't know why people knock eastern culture from an eastern game.. Korean and Japanese are obsessed with cute things and so that's why you have a lot of chibi races, its catered to THEM.. just as much as western games are tailored to westerners with realism...

Anyways tera combat looks cool but it looks like the PVP is a giant battle ground? its not cyrodill, I want pretty much WvW like gw2 or ESO...
I hate FFXIV style front line battle ground.. they are just glorified arenas, not a living breathing pvp zone

That would be my thought, it has the flashing colors as well as art that is very Asian in theme. Dodging, blocking as well as RVR style PVP.
I really do like gw2 aesthetics but I wouldn't call it Asian theme or style, its a rare western game where I actually love how it looks.
I just find the Asura as well as human models to be very anime inspired. I also always looked at GW1 as having very similar looks to many of the Korean MMO's that have made it to western shores. It looks far more Far Eastern than Western to me. Not to mention the use of light and FX in combat.

Over-the-top titillating character models in MMOs do nothing for the game other than clearly say: "hey... we sell soft core sexy pixels too!" Didn't the extreme of Scarlet Blade where you can even strip their bikinis off (for a price) make that obvious?
IDK... maybe some here think that Sexy Beach Zero would make a good MMO if you added some swords and PVP to it. I don't. Eroge belongs somewhere else... over yonder in the soft porn aisle.

Just started playing this game and I'm a total noob but i really like how this game works, but i dislike the Art/ Animation Style.. not my cup of tea.
Are there any Eastern style game that mirrors ESO's cyrodill pvp ? something akin to ESO mechanics but graphics that look like bless online /Asker Online/ black desert/FF14?

sorry to restart this thread, but i want you guys to look at moonlight blade, chinese medieval theme.. its absolutely gorgoeus and i dont care about the sexy girls part like you guys who are trying to trash it for that, look past that and see the art and animation
but in MLB it looks stunning the fluid clothe the smooth natural animations, character design and architecture, Art is a big deal to me, its what makes it mesmerizing.
theres no overly sexual outfits, look at the horse animation, the way it stops vs ESO crappy horse animation
my point is even CHINESE MMOS ARE LOOKING BETTER THEN TRIPLE AAA WESTERN GAMES, NOW THATS JUST SAD ,
