I am thinking about subbing to this game. I know it has been out a while but I have been playing a trial to it and have liked it so far. I have some questions though. Are there dungeons and instances and things to that nature? And is it worth subbing?

Yes they are revamping dungeons and also bringing out a new Campaign called 'Otherworlds campaign'. I would sub for this game because the PvE getting better in this game but also PvP in Dark Age of Camelot is the best out there at the moment.
