Can someone help me out?

I just downloaded the 15-day trial and I was dissapointed to see that I
couldn't play because I needed to download the Add-On Patch. I have
done everything to websites suggests, but it has not worked yet and it is
becoming frustrating. Could you point me in the right direction of the
patches? If not could you at least tell me what I am doing wrong?

The mirror site isnt up to date, so you have to download the client straight from the main site

find the downloads section there, and download the top client.  It will take a very long time, which is a really annoying thing.  Then you can find the add-on patches on that page.

I did that. I downloaded the client and the full version, but it still didn't work. I also downloaded the two patches below the download. I extracted everything I downloaded into one file on my desktop. Am I still doing something wrong?

Did you install it, because it sounds like you didnt, dont forget to double click on the setup from the extracted files.  Everything has a default location so use them it'll be easier to install the patches.  If this doesnt help use the iRO support forums.
