change password not working

in Elder Scrolls Online

Hey All,

So I was trying to reset my password and it kept not working. So my first initial thought was "omg i went to a fake site". Well I googled Elder Scrolls Online and it takes me to

http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/home

which is the same domain I got sent to for the change password.

I get the email saying my password was changed but I still cannot log into the website.

 

Is this not the official forums? Is the website not working as it should be?

    This is the part that worries me. When trying to change your password what did you click on? Did you receive an e-mail?

     

    Otherwise you should be able to change it again.

    al works fine, make sure to use youre username not a email adress to log in...odly thats a mistake some pll make

    Yeah it was an email and when clicking the image in the email I get sent to this in the web browser

    No.  This is MMORPG.COM

     

    You would probably have better success on the official forums though.  Random internet guy can sometimes help with an issue, but account related ones are probably not ones they excel at.
