From the creator of Hostile Space
It was a small community of us back in the day (compared to most these days), but we spent years playing the 2D space MMO called Hostile Space from 1998 to 2008, and some still play on a "revived" player-ran server.
Well today I found a Kickstarter campaign for Werewolf Online which is being developed by the same guy (Blitz AKA Eric Robertson). After reading the description, it looks pretty interesting and has some cool concepts that I wonder how they're going to pull off. The coolest part to me is that it will be playable on mobile devices. I've been playing Order & Chaos lately and it's been a lot of fun so I am excited to see MMOs going in this direction.
