I've been looking into this PC remake released earlier this month, since it was my favorite HoMM game in the series. It is put out by Ubisoft, so there is a question about U-Play. It is also on Steam, so there is a question of Steam accounts.
Is this game yet another one that is requiring some third party software before ever playing the game? How many of these (Steam, U-Play) will I need to jump through in order to just play the freakin game?

Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.- FARGIN_WAR
