ABOUT US:
Titan Gaming is a Xbox One gaming community founded by friends who have had the pleasure of gaming together for close to a decade. Our focus as PC gaming solely centered on the competition for in-game accolades to which we had many successes However, this limited view of success simply undervalued the significant importance of friendships and community. To rectify this we made the transition to console in the hopes of fostering a smaller, tight knit gaming community.
Titan Gaming still maintains the same drive for success focusing on competitive play in all aspects of our chosen game. We will continue to accomplish in-game success through teamwork, organization and member development. We however have adjusted our view to also encompass the immense value of long-term friendships a smaller team focused community can develop. Our recruitment will carefully select those searching for a long-term gaming community for the Xbox One. Those who will be there long after our current chapter has transitioned to the next game. We will not simply recruit players to fill roster slots, we are searching for teammates. Members of Titan Gaming know each other, work together and pull for one another's success.

JOINING:
Those seeking admittance into Titan Gaming must first complete a brief application on our website. Applicants who appear to possess the qualities and demeanor we are looking for will be contacted to meet with a member of our recruiting department via Xbox Party Chat. This meeting will serve as an informal interview process allowing the applicant to voice any questions he or she may have regarding the guild and its expectations for ESO while also allowing our recruiter to verify the applicant would indeed be a good match for the team.
Once an applicant passes the interview, he or she will be invited to join the guild as a recruit. Recruit status lasts for three weeks. This period typically commences when a player is able to consistently participate in guild activities. Thus players joining Titan Gaming prior to ESO's release will begin their probationary period upon launch. If a recruit shows exceptional dedication to team prior to release via activity and contributions to the community he or she may have their launch probationary period waived.
